Q Is my spouse invited?
A Well, that is totally up to you!! If you liked him or her well enough to spouse them, then your classmates will probably warm up and be friendly. There is no guarantee, however, that your spouse (or partner, or whatever) is going to be a tolerant of your friends. Nor is there any guarantee that your behaviors won’t regress and you find that you can embrace your inner adolescent. It might not be a good idea to bring children, although most of them are now old enough to accept things as they once were, or at least how we remember them!
Q Help!! I cannot find a room!
A There are a few rooms reserved at a B&B just up the road a piece in Jericho. Great place and it comes with breakfast. Just let us know! First come, first served!
Q What if I can’t remember people I knew back then?
A The good news is that our long term memory is usually pretty good, although most of us will look a bit different than when we graduated. Fortunately, there will be name tags (with the inevitable high school picture for contrast)! If you are looking for middle-aged people, you may to check in with the class of 1986, as most of us don’t plan to live to be 116!
Q Will there be entertainment?
A There will be a Vermont singer/songwriter during our welcome/cocktail time. After dinner, there will be two special performers, our very own Gene Clark and Kayte Devlin who will each perform a set. And Howard has put together playlists from high school that are guaranteed to please each of us at one moment or another! Other entertainment is still being planned — please let us know if you have any thoughts or ideas!!
Great!!
