Driving Directions To The Essex

From Burlington International Airport (Drive Time: 10-15 minutes)
Left from airport onto Airport Drive. At stop light, take a left onto Williston Road (Vermont Rte. 2). After one mile, take left at traffic light onto Industrial Avenue. At next light, take left onto Vermont 2A North. After 1.8 miles (at “Five Corners” intersection), bear right onto Vermont 15 East. Follow Vermont 15 East 1.5 miles to Vermont 289. Turn right onto Vermont 289. At Exit 10, turn right onto Essex Way. The Essex is on the left.

From the South – Boston (Drive Time: 3 to 3.5 hours)
I-93 North to I-89 North through New Hampshire. Take Exit 11 (Richmond) in Vermont. Turn right, and then immediately right again on Rte. 117 West. After 6 miles take right onto Rte. 289 West. At Exit 10, Essex Way, turn left. The Essex is on the left.

From the South – New York City (Drive Time: 6.5 hours)
I-87 North to Exit 28, Rte. 74. Turn right, go 12 miles to Routes 9N and 22, turn left (Ticonderoga), and go 12 miles through Crown Point. Turn right at sign for “Bridge to Vermont”. Cross bridge and bear left on Rte. 17; go 8 miles to Rte. 22A, and turn left. Go 6 miles through Vergennes; turn left on Rte. 7 North. Follow Rte. 7 North to I-189. Follow I-189 1.3 miles to I-89 North. Go to Exit 15; turn right onto Rte. 15 East for exactly 2 miles. Turn left on Susie Wilson Road and follow for 2 miles until it ends at VT-289 East. Take VT-289 East to Exit 10, Essex way; turn right. The Essex is on the left.

From Montreal (Drive Time: 1.5 hours)
I-89 South to Exit 17. Turn left, then right at the stoplight onto Routes 2 and 7. After 3 miles bear left on Rte. 2A South; go 5 miles to VT 289 East. Take Exit 10, Essex Way; turn right. The Essex is on the left.
